This is an animated Lego recreation of a scene from Spider-Man: No Way Home, created in Blender.
A higher resolution render can be found here.
I recreated the scenes using Legos on Mecabricks, which allows you to build with Legos and export to Blender.
After building the scene, I exported it to Blender and adjusted the textures, including adding emission to the lights.
As a part of the textures, I made Lego backgrounds in After Effects which I used to simulate a similar look to the film.
I rendered the camera's view and applied it to the camera's viewfinder to match the correct perspective in the scene.
The most challenging part was animating the character's face, which I achieved by creating separate face shapes and using a plugin to rig them.
For the Statue of Liberty scene, I used camera tricks to replicate the film look and created artificial water for realistic reflections. The background buildings were randomly generated by feeding noise into a Lego generation plugin.
